By completing a purchase for a WordPress plugin or digital subscription, you provide your prior express consent to begin the performance of the digital contract and acknowledge that you thereby forfeit your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming of the digital content has commenced.

14-Day Conditional Commercial Warranty

As a gesture of professional goodwill separate from your statutory rights, Online Developer provides a voluntary 14-day conditional money-back guarantee. This is a contractual commercial warranty and is strictly contingent upon the following conditions:

  • The software exhibits significant technical defects or bugs that prevent the core advertised functionality.
  • The user has provided the Online Developer support team with adequate opportunity to rectify the issue.
  • A refund is only considered if the technical issue cannot be resolved by our engineers within a reasonable timeframe.

Exclusions

The following scenarios are strictly excluded from any refund eligibility:

3. Web Hosting Subscriptions

Cancellation Policy

Hosting subscriptions are recurring services that may be cancelled by the user at any time. Cancellation must be executed through the user’s account dashboard.

Refund Limitations

Cancellation of a hosting plan serves to terminate the next billing cycle. Online Developer does not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the remaining duration of the currently active billing period. Upon cancellation, access to the hosting services will remain available until the conclusion of the current paid term.

Renewal Terms

Users maintain sole responsibility for managing their subscription status. To avoid automated charges, cancellation must be completed prior to the scheduled renewal date. Once a renewal charge has been processed, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

4. Custom Website Development Services

Nature of Service

Custom web development constitutes the provision of professional manual labor and bespoke engineering services tailored to individual client specifications.

Separation of Services

Please note that while custom development projects may require hosting, any associated hosting fees are governed by the Web Hosting Subscriptions policy (Section 3). Bespoke engineering labor is governed by the provisions of this Section 4.

Non-Refundable Milestones

All payments made for completed milestones, as well as fees associated with man-hours already expended on a project, are strictly non-refundable.

Project Cancellation

Should a project be terminated mid-development by the client, the client shall be invoiced for and is legally obligated to pay for all man-hours and completed milestones executed up to the point of receipt of a formal written cancellation notice. Any deposits or progress payments related to work already performed will be retained by Online Developer to cover labor and overhead costs.

5. Refund Processing and Financials

Payment Gateway

All authorized refunds are processed through our primary payment processor, Stripe.

Method of Reimbursement

To maintain financial security and prevent fraud, all refunds must be credited to the original payment method used at the time of the initial transaction. While Online Developer issues the agreed-upon refund amount, please be advised that original transaction fees may be non-recoverable depending on the payment gateway’s terms and applicable commercial law.

Timeline

Upon authorization of a refund, the period required for the funds to be reflected in your balance is subject to the processing protocols of Stripe and the recipient’s banking institution. Online Developer has no control over these external financial processing times.
